Alhamrat apartment/residential

Location: / Tartous - Syria 2016/ Total area:120 m2 with garden. Scope of work: Extensive renovation of the apartment and garden. The apartment consisted of three bedrooms, kitchen, sitting and living room and two bath rooms. Concept: create a new design with new zones to accomodate all the required activities both inside and outside. The apartment was in a large, old building so the structural system had to be considered as well as the consistency of the exterior with other parts of the building. The design plans had been prepared on AUTO CAD and 3DMAX models.
